Returns & Damaged Items
We accept returns or replacements in the case of manufacturing defects or damaged items (such as holes, stains, or other visible defects).
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue so our team can review it.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate solution at no additional cost.
Missing or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives incomplete or contains the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and photos of the items received, and we will quickly arrange a replacement shipment.
Lost Packages
If a package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, we will issue a reshipment of the same item at no additional cost.
Refunds are not issued in this case, as the order will be replaced.
Sizing Issues
We recommend carefully reviewing our size chart before placing an order.
If you ordered according to the size chart and the item received is significantly different from the listed measurements, please contact us with photos and details. Our team will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution.

If we do not receive a response within the carrier’s holding period, the order may be returned or disposed of by the courier and we may not be able to reship or refund the order.
Shipping Delays
Delivery times are estimates only.
Delays caused by couriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or peak seasons are outside of our control and therefore do not qualify for refunds.
However, if your package appears unusually delayed, our support team will gladly assist in investigating the issue.
